Here is how it works ...

1. We will schedule with you or your homeowner a convenient time to photograph the home. Scheduling is dependent on various factors; the weather, homeowner schedule
and Realtor schedule.
2. Our photographer will then film the virtual tour.
3. Once the photographer returns at the end of the day, your photographs and spins will be created to the virtual tour.
4. We will email you the virtual tour links for your website and provide you assistance on linking to it. We will also link the virtual tour to the appropriate websites. We strive to have the virtual tour completed within 72 hours.
* Please also know that our photographers normally do NOT work on Sundays, so we do NOT include Sunday in a 72 hour time window.
